Questions, answered

Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?

Yes. Our jewellery is nickel free and our women's rings use 925 sterling silver as the base metal, making them suitable for sensitive skin. Our men's rings are made from 925 sterling silver or tungsten, which are both naturally hypoallergenic.

What if my ring doesn't fit?

Every order includes a free ring sizer and a clear ring adjuster for in-between sizes. If the size isn't right, we offer size exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order – the ring must be unused, in its original packaging with the tag attached. Within Australia you cover the return postage and we cover sending your new size. See our ring size guide.

Do you offer discreet packaging for proposals?

Yes. Planning a surprise? Select discreet packaging in your cart, or leave a note at checkout, and we'll send your order in plain outer packaging so the secret stays safe.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Standard shipping is free Australia wide and takes 2–6 business days, or upgrade to express (1–3 business days) for $10. We also ship internationally. Made-to-order solid gold pieces take 4–8 weeks.

What is your returns policy?

Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery and sent back within 7 days of receiving your order, unused and in original packaging with the tag attached. A 20% restocking fee (max $70) applies to change-of-mind refunds, but not to exchanges or store credit. Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable. Read the full policy.

Is there a warranty?

Yes – all our jewellery comes with a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects such as faulty clasps or loose stones. It doesn't cover general wear and tear or the wearing down of plated finishes. Read our warranty policy.
