Warranty

We offer a 30-day warranty on all our jewellery, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and is valid for items purchased online. To ensure the warranty is valid, please retain your proof of purchase.

What the Warranty Covers:

  • Manufacturing defects such as faulty clasps, loose stones, or structural issues.
  • Fading of plating on 925 sterling silver pieces, if the underlying metal begins to show.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Tarnishing and discolouration due to exposure to foreign substances such as hand sanitiser, cleaning agents, cosmetics, or acidic skin types.
  • General wear and tear, including scratches, chain breakage, or the wearing down of plated surfaces.
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or alterations such as bending, engraving, or modification.
  • Loss of items or damage caused by foreign substances.

Care Guide Requirement: To maintain the longevity and appearance of your jewellery, it is essential to follow our care guide which will be provided to you along side your order. Failure to adhere to these care instructions may void the warranty.

Faulty Items: If your jewellery is deemed faulty by our after-sales care team, you may be offered a replacement or store credit. The warranty is only valid when the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect by our professionals. Please note that normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.

Making a Warranty Claim: To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue, along with multiple images for assessment.
