We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue our products and services at any time without notice. We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website, however we do not warrant that the description is accurate. Where we become aware of any misdescription, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission. Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.
3. Order Cancellation Due to Error
Where a product has been listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect descriptive information or image due to typographical error or similar oversight, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction. Where your credit card has been charged, we will immediately refund your credit card for the total amount debited.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on our website are in AUD and are subject to change without notice. We accept payments through our secure payment processors. You must provide accurate billing and payment information when making a purchase. If we are unable to process your payment, we may cancel your order or suspend your account. All solid gold pieces are made to order and handcrafted specifically for each customer.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer shipping to locations within Australia and internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on the destination and shipping method selected. We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may be incurred for international shipments.
6. Force Majeure
If a Force Majeure event causing delay continues for more than 7, we may terminate this Agreement by giving at least 7 Notice to you. "Force Majeure" means any act, circumstance or omission over which we could not reasonably have exercised control.
7. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item/s to take up this service. Returned products must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging, with the Travel Ring Co tag attached. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, minus any shipping and handling fees incurred. We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges that do not meet our return policy.
Please note the following:
- Due to health and hygiene regulations, there can be no returns or exchanges on earrings.
- You will be responsible for the original and return shipping costs, unless the item is deemed faulty.
- We undertake quality checks prior to sending out your goods. We ask that you refrain from spraying hair spray, perfume, fake tan and chemicals directly onto your piece, as this may discolour your headpiece and/or jewellery. We recommend using your jewellery after the chemicals, sprays or perfumes have settled and absorbed.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of our company or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or modify any content on our website without our written permission.
