Free standard shipping Australia wide on all orders and free shipping on all international orders over $250!
- Our preferred carrier within Australia is Australia Post. Australia Post or DHL are our preferred carriers for international deliveries.
- Upgrade to express shipping for $10!
Estimated dispatch on any given order is 24 from the time of purchase.

Please allow an extra 2–3 business days for unexpected delays caused by customs processing or increased carrier demand.
International Customs Import Duties and Export Tax Duties
Please note that orders shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, VAT, tariffs, or carrier processing fees upon arrival in your destination country.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Import fees and customs regulations vary between countries and may depend on:
- the order value
- the type of products purchased
- local import laws and taxes
In many countries, import charges may range between approximately 20–25% of the order value, however this amount can vary depending on your location and local customs regulations.
We are unable to estimate or control these charges, as they are set by your country’s customs authority and/or shipping carrier.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, or related fees are your responsibility.
In the event that the import duties are not paid, the item will remain in Customs and labelled as 'unclaimed cargo'. The package will not be returned to Travel Ring Co and will not be reimbursed to you.
Tracking Number
When your order is fulfilled and dispatched we will send you a notification. This notification will advise you of the carrier used to send your parcel.
Not home when the delivery is made - Postage or Courier?
We have requested that all parcels are not left unattended at your address and we expect the delivery carrier to leave a calling card to advise you that they have attempted to deliver your parcel. It will be your responsibility to follow the instructions on the calling card to organise to retrieve your parcel.

The phone number for tracking all items from 8am AEST to 6pm AEST is 1800 007 678. This is the international service centre for Australia Post but they will also assist with all local enquiries.
